I've got no audio with no controllers plugged in. PS4 controllers have a headphone jack, and the sound from your computer goes into that one. It worked for me with a little bit of plugging in and out the two controllers. I hope they'll fix it soon, because the controller itself works just fine. Don't use a PS4 Controller?
